RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to all purchases made on tryvirion.com and is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Our Commitment At Virion, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Orders that were delivered as described and have no defect or damage
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryvirion.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refund Process Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Subscription Orders Subscription orders are subject to our Cancellation Policy. A minimum one-month commitment is required before a cancellation or refund request can be honored. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are already in transit. If your cancellation request is received after an order has shipped, it will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Charges Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective product.
